Museum of Paleontology

The Museum of Paleontology in Berkeley California is a great place for any dinosaur enthusiast to visit. It has exhibits from all around the world, which are updated every year or so. The displays may be old-fashioned but they are still engaging and informative. They have some cool fossils on display too! Check out this museum if you’re ever in the area and love dinosaurs.

UCMP is located on the campus of the University of California, Berkeley. The main collections and offices are in Room 1101 Valley Life Sciences Building, near its bottom floor. Public exhibits are placed throughout the building’s atrium areas and on its second floor.

The UCMP is primarily a research museum, and its collections are not open to the public. However, they provide some limited exhibits outside of their research areas – namely a Tyrannosaurus rex mount and some other dinosaur fossils.
