How and when did you first start working in the construction industry?
Fifteen years ago, started in the labors union then moved to the operating engineer’s union.

What is your work experience in this industry?
Started as an Operator in commercial work and I have a long family history of general contractors back three generations in construction. Started my own company in 2018 because I wanted to work for myself and provide an income for my growing family.

What are the responsibilities related to your position?
As CEO Owner in the field take job sites take off bids for new and upcoming projects. Manage and oversee employees, construction schedule for inspections and oversee the plans for the projects, company growth. COO-Oversee the management of the bookkeeper for employee’s HR/payroll, marketing planning for the year, client relationships, building connections with GC companies and year to date growth strategies.

What are the values that drive you?
Being a third-generation contractor is the family history and legacy that I want to leave a positive mark for my late grandfather and working side by side with my wife to build our business for our young family and loving the construction industry drives us to expand in the future. Seeing the growth over the past few years into commercial work from working in the residential field. Treating our employees like family and taking their safety first. Seeing a large-scale project from the first phase of blueprint plans to watching the completion of the construction come to life from our amazing crew hard work.

What do you enjoy most about your position? Why?
Seeing the projects come to life from blueprint plans to a completed job site from the deduction and hard work of our expert crew.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Every day is something new from the clients we get to meet and the places we get to travel makes each project unique and challenging.
