What are the decorative finishes that can be applied to concrete?

Color may be added to concrete by adding pigments-before or after concrete is placed. Using materials such as exposing colorful aggregates at the surface. Textured finishes can vary from a smooth polish to the roughness of gravel. Geometric patterns can be scored, stamped, rolled, or inlaid into the concrete to resemble stone, brick or tile paving. Other interesting patterns are obtained by using different stamp patterns in various sizes and shapes.

Will you be reinforcing the concrete with rebar?

Yes, rebar will be paced throughout the pad to protect the concrete from the expected weight and pressure of objects on your patio or driveway. We have our method of how much we use per square foot.

How long will construction last?

Depends on the scope of your exact project but most standard double-wide driveways take no longer than 3 days from removal of the old driveway to completion of the project. Larger or more involved projects can take longer. We will provide a full timeline for you beforehand.

Is there an average going price per square foot for concrete?

This price varies from city to city. Project prices can go up based on color and stamp style. If you are estimating a project, call our company and they can give you an approximate estimate.

Do you have a written contract you typically use to start a project?

An important part of our process is an agreement proposal in writing regarding project expectations and responsibilities. Should any add on task arise or questions during the project process we can always refer to the original contract. Our job is to make your renovation as smooth and effect as possible.
