Water Features

The Town of Danville’s younger residents will have fun at two of the Town’s parks from April 1 each year. From April 1 to September 30, the water features of Hap Magee Ranch Park and Sycamore Valley Park will be triggered during the hours mentioned below. With the exception of any limitations on water use or times of inclement weather, the water features will run on this schedule until they close for the winter of October 1.

In a town full of Fantastic parks, this is certainly one of the highlights. There’s so much to do here: a large playground with areas of varying ages, a bocce court (for the elderly), a grassy field with a pond, and a Massive synthetic turf multipurpose field for soccer games, baseball, field hockey, etc. On the north side of the park, there’s a starting point for a pretty good series of trails that wander the surrounding hills.

This is a wonderful picnic and play park; all the playground structures are built on the top of this soft playground. Small sand box, but good picnic tables and bocce ball courts. Lots of grass and trees on a small hill.

This amazing park is located near the following must-see parks in Danville, California:
